How can I use my points?
Points can only be exchanged for coupons for use. You can redeem your points for coupons on the checkout page or my account – points & rewards. You can then apply these coupons during checkout. Some coupons cannot be used together.
Do I earn points on all purchases?

Yes, points are earned on all purchases. The points you get are determined by your final payment amount.

**Note: If you choose the Layaway Plan/Split Payment, we will only award points for the entire order you submit, rather than granting points for each individual payment you make.

How many times can I redeem an offer?
It depends on the offer, it may vary.
I have made purchases, why don’t I see my order points in my account?

You may have used different email addresses for registration and billing. To ensure accurate crediting of your points, it is essential that your registered email matches the billing email used during the purchase. If there is a mismatch between your registered email and the billing email, your points may not be automatically reflected in your account.

However, we can certainly assist you in rectifying this issue. You can change your registered email or billing email to ensure they match. Please contact our customer support team, providing your account information and the desired email changes, and we will assist you with the necessary modifications.

What happens if I use different emails for registration and billing?
If you use different emails for registration and billing, the system may not be able to properly link the points to your account. This could result in points being lost or the inability to redeem points rewards. To ensure accurate crediting of your points, we recommend using the same email for registration and billing.
Why haven’t I received my ponits yet?
Some points will be credited as soon as you complete the action as instructed. Points for orders will not be credited until you receive the package, that is, after the order is completed.
For how long are my points and coupons valid?

Points: Valid for 365 days from the date of accrual (daily logins, order completion, etc.).

Coupons: Valid for 60 days from the date of conversion.

 

What if I don’t want to spend my points?
If you don’t want to spend your points, you can choose to keep them and level up for more rewards from YourDoll Club.
Will I be refunded my bonus if I cancel my order?
Please note that a redeemed discount reward cannot be returned and reused, and if you cancel an item the points you earned for that item will be deducted from your account. The Bonus amount is spread evenly across each item in your purchase, so if you cancel or return one or several items you will be given a refund for the amount that you paid for each item.
